Henrique Burnay is Senior Partner at Eupportunity and guest Professor at the Institute of Political Studies, Portuguese Catholic University where, amongst other, organizes the annual seminar on EU policy making at EU level, in Brussels. 

Henrique has a Master degree in Theory and Political Science from the Institute of Political Studies, Portuguese Catholic University, with a thesis on the Barcelona Process and the European policy for the Mediterranean, and a law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon.

Previously, Henrique worked as political adviser to a Member of the European Parliament, press officer and journalist since 1990. Moreover, Henrique published innumerous articles in Expresso, Público – Portuguese newspapers – and the magazines Elle and Atlântico. In 2011, he was the editorial coordinator of the book “25 years of European integration”, edited by IEP and published by the European Parliament.
