Presentation

The Mentoring programme is a project to support the personal development of students on IEP-UCP's Bachelor's and Master's degree courses in Political Science and International Relations and is carried out through contact with a former IEP-UCP student. The aim of this programme is for current students to be able to complement their academic training at IEP-UCP by getting to know the reality of the workplace more closely. With their Mentor they will have the opportunity to discuss their academic progress and career prospects, thus benefiting from their recognised professional experience.

Objectives

1. To help the student(s) reach their potential through specialised counselling.

2. To help the student(s) define their academic path.

3. To help the student(s) prepare for their career path.

4. To capitalise on the close ties that alumni have with IEP-UCP and their desire to collaborate in the development of the Institute, the maintenance of its values and the training of generations of future students.
