ENROLMENTS
This initiative is part of the course “Politics, Culture and Faith in the Near East”, taught by José Tomaz Castello Branco, and aims to foster a critical reflection on the role of interreligious dialogue in an international context marked by political, social, and cultural divisions.
At a time when global fragmentation and identity‑based tensions pose new challenges to coexistence between peoples and religions, this Open Class seeks to contribute to a deeper understanding of the importance of interreligious dialogue as a tool for mediation, peacebuilding, and the strengthening of international cooperation.
Professor Ahmed Abbadi’s lecture will provide a well‑grounded perspective on these dynamics, integrating political, cultural, and religious dimensions.
The session will take place in the Exhibition Hall and is open to the academic community and the general public, subject to prior registration via the link.
