The Institute of Political Studies  of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa is pleased to host the 1st edition of SACRU Summer School, from 1 to 14 July 2024, in Lisbon.

Dedicated to the theme A New World Order: The Way Ahead between Democracy and Authoritarian Challenges and with a 2-week program including classes, debates, tutorials, networking and cultural activities, the SACRU Summer School will provide students and Professors from the Universities that make up the SACRU - Strategic Alliance of Catholic Research Universities - a unique opportunity to share knowledge, debate complex topics and interact on the various challenges that threaten the stability of Democracy in an increasingly interconnected, uncertain and competitive international situation.
