Program Description
The Master’s Degree in Political Science and International Relations seeks to deepen and broaden fundamental knowledge and capacities for scientific research in the fields of Political Science and International Relations. Hence, the Institute for Political Studies enables each and every student opting for an appropriate level of technical-scientific training that opens up two possible avenues: on the one hand, the competent and creative deployment of a professional point of view within an approach that responds to the demands of the contemporary world: political careers at the national and regional level – representatives, consultants, etc. -, diplomatic careers, political communications, international business relations, careers in security and defence, international organisations, etcetera, and on the other hand, endowing a fundamental basis that opens up the challenging opportunity to proceed with studies through engaging in the third study cycle that generates greater knowledge based competences and, eventually, an academic career.
